Contract for Goods

On entering the website when an order is placed by you, which is subsequently acknowledged as being accepted by Franks Free-From Foods FZ-LLC a contract is created.

An order may not be accepted if a product is not in stock or we are unable to obtain approval of your payment. In these circumstances we will notify you as soon as possible that the order is not accepted for delivery.

Delivery/Collection 

Delivery is available in selected areas only, and we reserve the right to reject individual customers for any reason whatsoever.

Delivery times may vary, however, you or your representative must be available at the specified delivery address and/or specified location to accept the order.

If you are not available to accept the order, we will attempt to contact you where possible to re-arrange delivery or collection from our store. If goods cannot be delivered or collected from our store (at our discretion) your order will be cancelled.

Any shortages or errors in the products delivered, which are not as ordered should be advised to our Customer Care team as soon as possible.

Refund Policy

Nothing contained in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the United Arab Emirates consumer protection Laws.

Where a refund is agreed to be given this will be done using the same payment method used when the items were purchased. Any refund that is agreed to be given will be subject to the customer providing adequate proof of purchase and returning the goods defect free and in merchantable quality.

Certain products are not suitable to offer a refund such as frozen items, and no refund can be offered after such products are delivered.

Should you wish to cancel an order or items in an order after the order has been placed, this must be done before the items are delivered and accepted by you. Should you wish to return items after they have been accepted, it will be necessary for you to return them to our shop, to obtain a refund.

Payment

You can choose from the following ways of paying:

By any acceptable Visa or Mastercard credit card issued by a local or International bank.

By cash on delivery (NB Credit card payment when delivered is not an option we offer).

Any payment for goods made via our website, will require you to complete appropriate details, which will be submitted directly to our payment provider. The cardholder should retain his or her copy of the transaction record.

Should any payment transaction be declined, the order will be held until such time as we can contact you to remedy the payment.

Credit Cards

You may store your credit cards details on our server in order to negate the need to enter your credit card details each time an order is placed. Alternatively, of course you may prefer to continue to enter details each time you place an order, in which case no details will be stored on our server.

Delivery
